GlowingInCoach operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). GlowingInCoach is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS

GlowingInCoach specializes in vintage, pre-owned and curated new items. Every listing states the item's condition. We use the following condition categories:

• New with tags (NWT) — Brand new and unworn/unused, with the original retail tags still attached.

• New without tags (NWOT) — Brand new and unworn/unused, but the original retail tags are no longer attached.

• New (other) — Unused items that may be missing original packaging, or new items such as sealed beauty, bath and novelty products.

• Like new / Excellent — Previously owned but shows little to no signs of wear.

• Pre-loved / Very good — Previously owned with light, normal signs of wear, as described and pictured in the listing.

• Vintage — Older and collectible items, including vintage Coach. Vintage items may show character consistent with their age, such as patina, softened leather, light scuffs or minor marks. These characteristics are part of a vintage item's history and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are part of the item description. Please review all photos and the written condition notes carefully before purchasing, as any notable flaws are disclosed there. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned and vintage items are one-of-a-kind and available in only one size and one quantity.

SECTION 4 — AUTHENTICITY

Every designer and vintage designer item we sell, including vintage Coach, is hand-sourced and inspected for authenticity before listing. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If you believe an item you purchased is not authentic, contact us and we will make it right.

GlowingInCoach is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coach, Halara, Ed Hardy, Disney, or any other brand whose products we may carry. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to accurately describe the products offered for sale.

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities — often a quantity of one — and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy, available at https://glowingincoach.com/policies/refund-policy.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, an item may occasionally sell before inventory is updated. If that happens with your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. Orders are carefully packaged and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold, and any available expedited options, are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, though we will always do our best to help you track down a delayed package.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition in which they were received, with any included tags still attached. Certain items — such as final-sale items, and personal care products that have been opened — are not eligible for return. Because pre-owned and vintage items are sold with their condition fully disclosed in the listing photos and description, disclosed wear is not grounds for a return as "defective." SECTION 8 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
